VOLUNTEER INFO
Come and meet us and our dogs
We show our dogs on the 2nd and the 4th Saturdays of the month at Petsmart West from 12 to 2 and at Petco West from 12 to 2. Our monthly meeting is held at 7 P.M. the 1st Friday of the month, all interested parties are invited
The
number of dogs put to death every day is a national scandal, a sad reflection
of a chain of irresponsibility: From puppy mills who produce too many dogs and
sell them indiscriminately, to pet owners who refuse to their have animals spayed or
neutered, tire of them and simply abandon them or, worse, abuse them.
Don't breed or buy

If you can help Izzy either through adoption of this very special little girl or with donations to help with her special needs please contact KSK-9RESQ.
We are sure there is a special home out there for this little girl somewhere.
Izzy came to us 14 pound, 8 months old Jack Russell/Cairn Terrier mix full of love and vitality. She has however developed some health problems while in foster care and has been diagnosed with Inflammatory Bowel Disease. This disease is controllable and Izzy is doing very well now. She will have to be on a special diet of Science Diet I/D prescription dog food and will not ever be able to have dog treats, rawhides, tablescraps, etc. She will also need to be treated with steroids as needed for flare ups. She has been off steroids for 2 weeks now and is doing well. Izzy is a scrappy little girl and even at her sickests she always had her tail wagging and was ready to play. We still have high hopes that she will be just what somebody is looking for. If you can open your heart to a little girl with lots of spunk and personality and are able to deal with her health issues please consider adopting Izzy. She is now approx one year old, 15 pounds, loves kids, cats and other dogs.
